Help Desk Representative
TSG is currently looking for Help Desk Representative with the technical aptitude to work in our Technical Assistance Center in Aurora, IL. The TAC is for an established telecommunications company specializing in Avaya products and services. This representative will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, creating/routing service orders to the appropriate level 2 group and providing excellent customer service. The candidate should possess the ability and desire to focus efforts toward timely handling and resolution of customer problems.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills, self reliance and the ability to solve problems as they arise
- Ability to adapt to a fast-growing business
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet service level agreements
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to adapt work hours to the needs of the business
- Experience with telecommunications and data products (specifically Avaya) preferred
Education:
- College degree or technical certification equivalent
Work Experience:
- 3 years +
- Work Hours 9 to 6 or 10 to 7

Account Manager
Currently, TSG is seeking sales professionals for its offices across the United States, particularly in Aurora, IL; Pittsburgh, PA; Milwaukee, WI and Omaha, NE. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years verifiable sales experience in telecommunications, preferably with the Avaya product line. Responsibilities include developing leads and closing opportunities in the medium to large, multi-location business categories. Total compensation, (salary plus commission) exceeds $100K.

Field Engineer
TSG is currently recruiting Field Engineers who will be based out of our corporate office in Aurora, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
Position involves all phases of implementing telephony systems (including VOIP technology) with end user customers
Responsibilities include designing, programming, training and troubleshooting
The position interfaces with customers on a daily basis and requires a friendly, professional interpersonal approach.
Some overtime work is required.
Requirements:
Technical skills include LAN/WAN, VoIP, transmission concepts and T1
Experience with the Avaya product line preferred
PBX experience a plus
Excellent computer skills, project management skills, coordination of implementation teams, telephony programming
